HP TouchSmart tx2 laptop with iPhone’s multi-touch capability

The TouchSmart tx2 laptop is the first in the HP notebook line that comes with the iPhone touchscreen’s multi-touch capability.
The HP TouchSmart tx2 is basically a convertible tablet PC but only it’s added with the multi-touch capability on its touchscreen, meaning that you can use more than one figure to draw on the screen, click icons and access applications simultaneously.
The touchscreen of this HP laptop also uses a capacitive sensor, similar to what the iPhone does, which is highly responsive to only light touches and taps. Some more since it’s a tablet PC, it also comes with a pen that allows the users to do detail work on its touchscreen such as putting a finer point on things.

HP has also equipped this notebook with their MediaSmart application which lets users make full use of the multi-touch capabilities. The price of this laptop shall start at $1,150, go on sales now and be shipped at the end of the month.
